CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your shipment if your order has not left our warehouse, as soon as the package has been shipped and a shipping confirmation has been sent out to you, the option of cancelation is not longer valid. Please contact us through the email support@scoopjewellery.se
CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?
As long as your order is not marked as "Shipped" you can change the address by contacting us on email.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN?
You can return a product within 14 days of receiving your package.
If you would like to make a return, please follow the steps below:
1. Send an email to: support@scoopjewellery.se with your order number and the reason why you want to make a return. After that, we will send you a return slip and a form that must be filled in for the return to be approved. There will be return postage of SEK 39 when you choose to make a return.
2. The products returned must be in original condition, unopened packaging and unused, and have all tags.
3. Once we have received the return, we will make a refund within 14 days. We always make an assessment of the returned goods - if the product is broken, scratched, used or delayed, it will affect the refund.

Please return the products you do not want to keep and follow steps 1-3 under the heading RETURNS and place a new order for what you want.
I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE ORDER CONFIRMATION. WHAT DO I DO?
You should always receive an order confirmation when placing an order with us. If you can't find it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME AND IS THERE ANY SHIPPING FEES?
Delivery times vary depending on the country of destination. If there are no delays, your package will be shipped from our warehouse 24- 48h after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email when your parcel has left the warehouse.
Sweden - Shipping 4 €, with carrier Postnord. The delivery time frame is between 5- 7 working days
Scandinavia - Shipping 4 €, with carrier Postnord. The delivery time frame is between 5- 7 working days
Europe - Shipping 7 €, with carrier UPS. The delivery time frame is between 5- 7 working days
Occasionally, shipments to certain countries may incur additional duties and taxes, which in any case are the responsibility of the customer.

We have no right of exchange or open purchase of gift cards. You will receive your Gift Card by email after your purchase, valid for 2 years.

Yes, all our jewelry is made with Silver 925 which is allergy friendly and good for sensitive skin. Go to the About us section to read more about the materials we use.

How to measure your ring:
1. If you already have a ring that fits well, measure the inner diameter of the ring.
2. If you are between two sizes, pick the bigger one, The reason is that your finger size can change a bit from time to time depending on your temperature, hydration levels, hormones, etc… If you still have any questions, you are always welcome to contact us for more guidance.
